Twitter: I am back adding content to twitter. I am not going to stick to the 4 tweet rule. I was going to end up getting marked as a spammer is about all I was going to accomplish from what I was doing, even though I was limiting myself to 4 tweets.

Neil Peart, the drummer and lyricist of progressive rock band Rush, has died, CBC News and Rolling Stone report. According to the reports, Peart died on January 7 in Santa Monica, California after a years-long battle with brain cancer. He was 67 years old.

In 1997, Peart experienced tragedy with the death of his daughter Selena Taylor in a car accident. Less than a year later, his wife Jacqueline died following a battle with cancer. These deaths resulted in Peart taking time off from the band, during which he traveled North America via motorcycle to grieve, before returning in 2002 for Rush’s 17th studio album Vapor Trails. He later documented that trip in his book Ghost Rider: Travels on the Healing Road.

US economy adds 145,000 jobs in December

Although a lot of articles are suggesting that is a good number. It is really not.

[table id=19 /]

Manufacturing lost 12,000 jobs. Some of the jobs created were temporary Christmas jobs in the retail sector.

Paychecks rose less than expected in December, climbing only 0.1%. For the year, that put wage growth at 2.9%, less than the 3.1%. This in itself indicates the job market is cooling off.

This jobs number is with record deficit spending. This jobs number is with the FED back increasing its balance sheet.
The Labor Participation Rate remains at an anemic 63.2%. Some say this is because of the rate of retirement but the truth is that many baby boomers reaching retirement age can not afford to retire and if they are retiring, it may be involuntary.

The number of retired workers receiving Social Security benefits increased from approximately 33.5 million in 2009 to 45.1 million in 2019. This figure has increased at the same rate year-on-year over the past decade and is likely to continue into the future.

1.

Wow, this post is becoming just like twitter. That post “Twitter to experiment with limiting replies in effort to combat online abuse” had so many freaking errors just like I used to do on twitter.

2.

Watching Fox, I just realized I may be turning black. All white people are starting to look alike to me.

Twitter to experiment with limiting replies in effort to combat online abuse

According to the twitter presentation, users will be able to choose four different settings for replies: Global, which would allow anyone to respond, Group, which would allow replies from people a user followed or mentioned; Panel, or people mentioned in a tweet, and Statement, or no replies at all.

They have already been doing that. But here is a fucking clue, replies and retweets were not part of twitter in the old days but users (not twitter) created the functions. Then twitter programmed the functions in. What twitter is doing will not stop some crazy person from saying some crazy thing about someone, but will simply make it more difficult for the people to see what is being said against them and then hiring a lawyer to sue the hell out of the fucking dumb ass for saying the crazy shit.

What twitter is doing will simply be a way for trolls and “celebs” to stop the people at the bottom of the food chain from ever being heard and keeping the lowest caste members / we undesirables invisible on twitter. And that is all fine and good.  I don’t give a fuck about twitter any more. Up to four tweets per day is all that I am doing on twitter now and then only to link back here. The reason that I have not killed my twitter account is that I do not want someone hijacking it and also I feel like I need to maintain a presence on twitter. But twitter is a toxic shit hole platform filled with some really bad people and there is not a hell of a lot that twitter can do about it. I am already back doing more tweets.  With what I was doing I was just going to get marked as a spammer.  And the truth is that I do want to contribute content and hopefully attract people who don’t fucking hate me, though I think that is impossible.  Anyways……………..
Twitter has a lot larger problem than the so called bullies. They have people lying about people and then attempting to engage in extortion or attempting to raise money from people who think they (the liar) are the victim as opposed to being the perpetrator. What twitter is doing is not going to stop that. On the other hand twitter has people who may mean good but are getting way too involved in conversations in which they don’t really have a clue to who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. They don’t have a clue that they are helping to feed the extortionists by believing bullshit. Again, there is not a lot twitter can do about it.

Besides what that crazy woman implied against me for no fucking reason, I’ve seen some other crazy shit on twitter that has made my skin crawl. It is not a good place to engage in conversation. It (and the truth is, true for most of the internet) is not a good place to let people know too much about you. That is especially true when crazy people will latch on to some misunderstanding and fabricate shit that other crazy people will believe.

“Oh, but I want to make money by being an influencer and I have to keep it real.” Sorry, but you aren’t an influencer and even celebs on twitter who try “to keep it real” rather than simply using twitter as a promotional tool have come to regret the day they first opened an account on twitter.

If you want to keep it real, open a chaturbate account and pleasure yourself on camera for money. But if that is not for you, keep your clothes on and keep some things private. Limit what you say to anyone online. Do not try to become a “beloved influencer” but keep it professional and stick to promoting what you are doing. Don’t try to promote who you are.

For example Tiger Woods plays golf. People are interested in him as a golfer because that is what he does. Although it may seem staid and boring to some people, he should keep the conversation about golf. On the other hand Paris Hilton is an influencer. But even she does better when she keeps the conversation less about her and more about whatever project she is promoting.

Remember the old adage, “Familiarity breeds contempt.” Also remember the old adage, “Always leave the audience wanting more.”

When we allow twitter to become our imaginary friend we invite contempt and our “audience” wanting less. The problem with twitter isn’t just bullying per say. It is twitter itself and the full spectrum of problems that it creates.

Twitter is like a whorehouse that also houses a church. You pretty much know the tenants are not going to get along and if you try to make them get along then all you are going to accomplish is a vacant building that someone wants to condemn. The best thing twitter can do is leave the tenants alone and stop giving them even more tools to help them to be even more mean to one another.

Twitter’s true mascot is not a bird. It is a butt hole … with hemorrhoids … that makes all kinds of farting noises … that has trouble making it to the toilet in time.

In the United States of America, an interstate compact is an agreement between two or more states. Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution provides that “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress… enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State.”

Consent can be obtained in one of three ways.

    • First, there can be a model compact and Congress can grant automatic approval for any state wishing to join it, such as the Driver License Compact.

    • Second, states can submit a compact to Congress prior to entering into the compact.

    • Third, states can agree to a compact then submit it to Congress for approval, which, if it does so, causes it to come into effect.

Not all compacts between states require explicit Congressional approval – the Supreme Court ruled in Virginia v. Tennessee that only those agreements which would increase the power of states at the expense of the federal government required it.

47 to 50 states are going after US big tech companies and perhaps with some at least partially getting advice from foreign governments to do damage to American companies.
If that doesn’t scare you, it probably should.
Do I like these big
tech companies?
Yes and no.  They have done
some things to help me.  They have done some things to hurt me.  Many of us have a love, hate relationship with these companies.
Do I support anti-trust laws?Yes.  I do.  At the Federal level.  There has to be a measured response to anti-trust issues and where the government works with the companies to unwind certain situations without doing damage to that economic sector.  You want to improve the economy.  You don’t want to freaking hurt the economy.  The over all point of anti-trust laws is to HELP the economy.  That is the point.  The point is NOT to benefit foreign companies and foreign countries. Why aren’t the states going after AT&T and Verizon where there are much greater anti-trust issues and where consumers are most certainly being hurt???  Ask yourself that!!!  The answer is because most foreign interest could care less about
AT&T and Verizon.Has Congress given the states the permission to do this kind of crazy shit?  I don’t really know.

Should States be conspiring with foreign interest to hurt American Companies? NO.  NO.  NO.  NO. NO.  In case I have not made myself clear.  NO.

The American people are spending so much time either attacking President Donald Trump or supporting President Donald Trump they are not really paying enough attention to what is happening at their own local level.

Here locally, our county government sneaked in another penny of government theft for items we purchase in the county.  At the state level the sorry government has made it more difficult to become exempted from government theft when making farm related purchases.  So does that extra penny hurt me?

Hell.  Fucking. Yes.

  1. Wow. You really hate twitter. LOL

I think what you are saying is valid but if you can’t make people more interested in you, it is hard to increase traffic and without traffic it is hard to generate sales.

But yeah, twitter is a shit hole. Some of the people I was following in the true sense where I was actually reading their tweets and then I discovered they had me muted. So yeah, I blocked those sons of bitches.

So when can we expect to see you naked on chaturbate????? 😉

    1. LOL 🙂

Shoot, if I had better DSL and could make money there, baby in a heartbeat. I even have a show all planned out. Yeeeeah. I don’t think anyone would want to see that though. 🙂 Damn it.

Yeah, as far as talking about yourself on social media it is not as black and white as I may have made it sound. Obviously when Tiger Woods gives an interview he may talk about some personal stuff or his favorite charity. Whatever. Obviously Paris Hilton would not be Paris Hilton if she had not risked controversy.

But I had just read tweets where a young woman had revealed more on twitter than she should have and a twitter mob was attacking her. And I think the girl may be suicidal but don’t know that. Regardless, I seriously hated seeing that. And there were people in the mob I had actually liked. That made me feel even worse when I saw it.

That is the reason what I was saying was as slanted as it was. And also, for lots of reasons, I just DO NOT like twitter any more. Then I think about how much time I’ve spent on twitter and at times giving valuable information that could have made people money. I was just giving the information away to people who don’t even really like me. I am just a number in how many followers they have. Crazy.

      1. Yeah. I think I saw what you saw. I understand.

I basically agree with you but we are both having trouble making money online and I think it is partly because we are more private.

Maybe you and I should do chaturbate together??? LOL 🙂 🙂 🙂

I was doing exercises the other day and looked at the way my breasts now hang. I wanted to cry.

        1. So I take it you were exercising naked.

          1. Yes. I . Was. 🙂

          2. Cool.
