Billy Bingo: Sexual Blackmail contains strong sexual content.
Reminder: The original Billy Bingo stories referred some to Billy’s younger years to how that impacted him in his later years but the story grew him up very quickly other than the beginning references. He is already at the age of 18 in the original Billy Bingo stories, once past the introduction.
In Billy Bingo: A Different World and also in the Hearthville serial Billy Bingo is still a child. In those stories he will be also become an adult but in the earlier stories he is still a child.

Billy Bingo is not just a witch but he is the spawn of the Legman who is Iapetus. A spawn is not the same thing as an offspring in the physical world. When a soul spawns another soul they are separate and yet they are the same. They can act as one soul or as separate souls.
Billy Bingo himself has the power to morph to look differently.
