CHAPTER TWO

Six hundred feet below Sounder’s bluff the sun worshipers lay listening to the ocean, listening to the breeze blowing-cooling their blistering bodies–and listening to their friends cavorting in the surf and frolicking on the beach. But they couldn’t hear the loud screams coming from the beautiful church on the bluff, for the lamentations were forty years in the past.

White sand glittered in Daniel’s jet black hair as he lay close to where he had fallen. Sixteen year old Daniel Hudson lay wasted on the seashore from the party on the beach the night before. His state was due to a bottle of liquor, the bottle Kay Benton hit him over the head with when he tried to seduce her. A simple no and slap across the face would have been enough for him to have left her alone. But Kay had taken great pleasure in breaking the bottle over Daniel’s head. She hadn’t taken his tempts of seduction seriously. She thought he was making fun of her, and she had had enough. She was tired of people taunting her.

As Daniel’s heels sank into the ocean’s sand and the tide sucked at his feet, a child’s baseball popped against Daniel’s chest and rolled between his legs. But Daniel felt nothing. He remained oblivious to all except that which flashed through his mind. Unconscious, thoughts of his grandmother raced through his dreams. Daniel could hardly believe she was missing. He could still picture her plainly in front of the fireplace and rocking in her rocking chair. She use to stare for hours at images of the red, yellow, and blue flames flickering shadows on the pale white walls of the room. Her spectacles would slip to the end of her tiny nose and her red rosy flowered bonnet would fall over her eyes just as she would start to doze off. The sounds of her swearing and damning the wire frame glasses and colorful bonnet could be no better than a memory, if Daniel’s worst fear proved true.

As a little boy raced to retrieve his baseball, Daniel heard nothing. He felt nothing as the boy accidentally kicked sand in his face.

The boy stared at Daniel as he reached down to pick up his baseball. “Sorry mister,” the boy said, “the ball kind of got away from me. It must have hurt like hell when it hit you. That Tommy throws a mean ball. But that’s all that is mean or tough about Tommy. That chicken shit took off running like a bat out of hell after he hit you. Tell you the truth, I was kind of reluctant to come over here myself. I didn’t know how mad you were going to be. But I figured what the hell, this baseball cost me some money.”

The boy scrutinized Daniel who had not heard a word. The boy scratched his head. “Say mister, you trying to play dead, to frighten me, to get even. Honest. We didn’t mean to hit you. Honest to God, it was an accident.” The boy sat down next to Daniel. The boy asked, “You okay mister?” Nervously the boy took hold of Daniel’s wrist and said, “God, please have a pulse.” The boy sighed in relief, “Shoo!” The boy stood up and looked over at his sister. Then he looked back down at Daniel. The boy thought a moment and said, “You’re alive, but I’m afraid you might be badly hurt. I better go tell my sister about you.”

The boy ran over to his sister. “Sis, there is a man over there and I can’t wake him.”

His sister ignored him. The boy pulled at the top of her swimsuit to get her attention. When the top of her suit came off, he not only got her attention but everyone else’s as well. Wolf whistles seemed to come from everywhere as she turned a bright red.

Quickly, she grabbed the top of her swimsuit from her brother and put it back on. Then she started screaming at her poor, befuddled brother. “Timmy! Timmy! How could you? How could you, my own brother, take part in this conspiracy against me? Who put you up to this?”

The boy pointed toward Daniel and said, “I was just trying to tell you that he. . . .”

Before Timmy could finish telling his sister about the man being unconscious, she stormed over toward Daniel without listening to what her brother was saying. As she neared Daniel and saw who it was, she screamed, “I should have known it was you. Your making a lewd pass at me during the party last night was not bad enough; you had to bribe my brother to let the entire world see how small my boobs are.”

Kay stared at Daniel as she waited for some response. She then kicked him. “Hey, don’t play dead with me. If you play dead with me, I’ll make you wish you were dead.”

“Kay!” Timmy yelled, “He had nothing to do with me pulling off your top. That was an accident. I was trying to get your attention to tell you about finding this man here. He’s out cold. I’m afraid he’s seriously hurt. Don’t you think we ought to call him a doctor or something?”

Kay looked at Daniel’s head. At first, because of the sand, she didn’t see the blood. Then she saw that he was bleeding. “Shit! He’s bleeding from where I cracked that bottle over his head.”

In disbelief Timmy looked at his sister. He asked, “You did this to him?”

In an angry tone Kay whispered, “He made a pass at me.”

Timmy chided his sister, “You should have been grateful that he was attracted to you. Have you looked in the mirror lately? I mean, with your freakish calico hair all greased back real ugly like, and you having a figure that’d only be dreamed about by a man having his worst nightmare, if you think you’re going to have guys knocking your door down for dates, you’re as crazy as you are ugly.”

Kay looked at Timmy. “Just because I’m ugly is no reason for me to be easy.”

Timmy looked down at Daniel and then looked at Kay. “Well, no one can accuse you of being easy.” Then he asked, “Are you going to call a doctor, or are you planning on leaving him here to die?”

Kay said, “Yeah, I’ll call a doctor to send the medics, but it is more than he deserves.”

Kay and Timmy walked over to her beach blanket. When Kay reached beneath her brother’s shirt for her purse to get a quarter for the pay phone, she discovered her purse was gone. Kay stomped her foot. “I don’t believe this. Someone has stolen my purse.”

Timmy asked, “What time is it? Maybe mom’s home and I can run get her to call a doctor while you stay here with the stupid, lovesick fool.”

Kay gave Timmy a dirty look. “Don’t you dare. Are you forgetting. . . .” Before Kay finished what she had been about to say, she noticed a two year old child holding her purse. Shaking her fist she marched over to the child. “You little brat.”

Timmy glanced at his sister trying to catch the toddler who was doing a pretty good job dodging between and around her legs. Timmy rolled his eyes. “God.” Then Timmy looked back at Daniel. “My sister.”

One of Timmy’s friends, Billy walked up. Laughing, he pointed at Daniel. “Say, what was Tommy trying to do? Get rid of his brother’s competition?”

Timmy didn’t understand. “What? Why do you say that?”

“Tommy’s brother, Mark, has got a serious crush on Mary. But Mary still has a thing for Daniel. Tommy really landed Daniel with that baseball, didn’t he?”

Timmy looked at Billy. “Tommy hit him with the baseball, but that’s not the reason he is unconscious. Last night at the beach party, my sister hit him with a bottle.”

“Your sister hit him with a bottle?”

“Yeah. She says he made a pass at her.”

“She must have misunderstood.”

“Probably, but what do you know about Daniel?”

“My brother thinks Daniel is pretty neat, real cool. Says he is extra smart, but doesn’t parade it. Makes people feel at ease with him, even though he is still kind of a stranger around here.”

“So your brother is his friend?”

“They’ve hung out some.”

“I hope my sister didn’t hurt him too badly.”

“He’s tough. I’m sure he’ll be okay.”

“He needs a doctor.”

“Look. I think I saw him move.”

“I wish he would wake up.”

Billy glanced at his watch. “Oh shit. I was supposed to be home by 11:30. See you.” Billy quickly took off running down the beach.

Timmy watched Billy for a second and then looked back at Daniel. Though Daniel was still unconscious, Timmy heard Daniel whispering, “I’m never going to find my grandmother. There are so few clues. Just the letters from Timothy Benton and the photograph of the tombstone.”

“Letters from Timothy Benton?”

“And the inscription on Sheriff Benton’s tombstone. The poem. Why did grandmother have a photograph of the tombstone and a copy of the inscription?”

Timmy knew the inscription. Knowing how angry he had seen his mother get at the very mention of the poem, solemnly, Timmy recited:

THE ENLIGHTENED

Written in the Halls of Bounty

Near the straits of Portabay County

Closer the garden named of Tulips in bloom

Where the hearts of two souls portend of doom

High on the mountain, mention on the bluff

Over the beach, where some play it rough

There was a flame, it was over by the sea

It was over and again, till it enlightened thee

Timmy heard Daniel. “My grandmother is not who I thought she was. My grandmother is not Emily Urbane. Emily Urbane died three years after she graduated from West Chester. So who is my grandmother? Where is my grandmother? Is it possible the Benton family knows?”

“My family?”

Dreaming, Daniel remembered standing by the raven iron portal of the cemetery in Portabay and watching two girls placing flowers on the grave he had been about to investigate. One of the girls was Kay Benton. The grave was the grave of her great-uncle, Sheriff Benton. Timothy Benton was her grandfather. Daniel thought he should try to get close to Kay and find out what he could about her great-uncle and how the grave might relate to his grandmother’s disappearance. But it was the other girl he really wanted to get to know. Her name was Mary Crow and Daniel thought she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. He thought that if he didn’t get to meet her, he’d die right there and then.

Although Daniel knew it was Kay he should have made a special effort to get to know, he couldn’t resist Mary. In no time, Daniel Hudson and Mary Crow became an item. Mary’s friends started making fun of Daniel and calling him Crow-legs because there was no place Mary went that Daniel didn’t chase after her. But Daniel soon realized the time he was spending with Mary was getting in the way of his search for his grandmother. He also realized that because Kay intensely disliked Mary–probably because she was jealous of her–it made it difficult for him to get close enough to the Benton family to find out if they knew anything about his grandmother’s disappearance. Still, when he looked at Mary, he simply couldn’t force himself to break up with her. That is until he received a threatening note demanding he either break up with Mary, or her life would be placed in grave danger. After he received the note he felt he had no recourse except to tell Mary good-bye, and then try his best to stay away from her. As he tried to avoid Mary, he tried harder to get to know Kay. But she was not an easy person to get to know.

Timmy stared at Daniel who began to wake. It was a little after noon when Daniel woke with the hot sun burning down on him and something in his eyes. His bright blue eyes saw red, like a brilliant flame, as he lay looking across the narrow inlet toward the church high on the bluff up above him. The church looked celestial against the aqua sky and blazing sun.

Daniel struggled to stand up. His head ached. He felt something cool running down the side of his face. He ran his hand over the area above his right temple and forehead. He looked at his hand and saw blood. “I’m bleeding?”

Daniel staggered and stumbled in the sand. Disconcerted, he made his way into the woods through a thicket of underbrush. Just beyond the clump of bushes and first few trees he passed, he sat down on a stump. Through some overgrowth he stared back toward the beach. There, he saw Kay fighting with the two year old. As he watched her taking her purse away from the child and pushing the kid to the ground, he remembered how she had hit him over the head with a liquor bottle.

Daniel watched Kay walk away from the two year old, leaving the toddler laying on the ground kicking and screaming. Daniel wondered, “What kind of person is she? What kind of people are the Bentons?”

Kay looked around where Daniel had been laying and saw that he was gone. “That son of a bitch! Damn! He was playing a cruel joke on me after all. I bet that blood was actually ketchup.”

Then Kay looked around for her brother to ask him if he was in on the joke. But Timmy was no where to be found. Kay thought, “Oh hell, if he wasn’t in on the joke I bet he’s run home to get mother to call a doctor.” Kay shook her head. “Damn. I wasn’t supposed to take Timmy to the beach today. I bet Timmy forgot. Mother left strict orders that I was to take him to the library. Oh shit. And when Timmy tells mother what I did to Daniel on the beach last night at the party, oh brother. She’s never going to believe that he made a pass at me and that’s the reason I hit him over the head. Damn. I’m going to be grounded for life.”

Kay thought, “I better find some place to hide in case Timmy comes back to the beach with mother. I’ll go hide. That’s what I’ll do. If I’m no where around, then she’ll just think Timmy was pulling one of his numbers on her. Later, I’ll tell her that I was out back of the house hanging laundry on the clothesline when Timmy sneaked off. I’ll tell her that I’ve been looking everywhere for him. Shit! But how will I explain this swimsuit if I can’t find a way to change clothes in time? Damn! And she’s bound to hear on the grapevine how Timmy accidentally pulled off the top of my swimsuit. Shoot, I might as well face it. I have no choice except to tell her the truth and hope she understands.”

Kay walked back over to her beach blanket and plopped herself down, while Daniel stood up from the stump and walked along a path farther into the woods. He didn’t notice that Timmy had followed him into the woods and continued trailing him to make sure he was all right. Timmy started to let Daniel know he was tagging after him out of concern, but since Timmy was Kay’s brother he wasn’t sure how Daniel would react. So Timmy secretly followed Daniel in silence.

Does Amazon Have My eBook Shadow Banned???

Update:  Some people were confused when I say that the keywords on the page source show differently, depending on how you reach the page.  If you reach the page through the amazon search, the only keywords that will show on the page are the keywords that you entered in your search.  Those are the only keywords that will show in that case.  However, if you you go to the page from a general click from your website, you should see the keywords that might bring a person to your book if they use the search function on amazon.

Someone suggested that amazon might not fully show the keywords (though not suppressed within amazon search) for indie writers because they don’t want google to provide search to indie books but allow search from google to publishing house books because publishing houses might pitch a fit if they discovered their books were being suppressed from google.  In other words, maybe I am wrong and that is quite possible.  I looked over many indie books and saw their books also did not show keywords similar to the way a book from a publisher shows keywords.

Note that google does NOT necessarily care about keywords in the meta tag but searches the page for relevant words and how people link to the books also provides keywords to google.  Putting words on the page, including the title is important and I have not been doing that.  Amazon’s suppression of keywords from the pages created on the fly from their database may not mean a whole lot as far as google is concerned.

I think the suppression of keywords in the meta tag does point to the eBook is being suppressed within amazon’s system and is not about google or bing or other outside search.  But I could be wrong.  I often am.  And the truth is that I am frustrated that I can’t generate sales.

Many people say it is very difficult to generate any sales without advertising on amazon and that pushing advertisements is really what the keyword suppression is about.  Advertising on amazon is proving to be a mine field for many writers, but I am not going to go into that.  I will just say that you should use extreme caution if you decide to advertise on amazon and to watch your ad budget very carefully.

This is what keywords look like on a regular book that I have listed in the store here on sayata.net. This is not my book. It is written by someone else.  I clicked the book from here.  Note that how keywords show up on amazon to some degree depends on how you reach the page.

Now this is how the keyword search tag looks on the book “No Condoms” that I recently published.

<meta name="keywords" content="ebook,Charles Peters,No Condoms
(Hearthville Serial Book 2),Fiction / Thrillers /
Suspense,Fiction / Literary" />

These are words that I entered in the seven boxes.

“racy, small town, contemporary, scary, organized crime, love, friendship”

My words were not that great but damn. Unless someone is actually searching for my book, there is no way that anyone is going to find it.  In a different test a few weeks ago I searched for my books with “Charles Peters” which you will see in the keyword list.  None of my books showed up when I searched using my name.

So am I going to publish anything again with amazon? If I do, with the next book I may stuff words in the title to risk getting banned, but otherwise what is the fucking point. I will publish on amazon again. I will publish the next Hearthville Serial book on amazon. I will not make it exclusive to amazon. And yeah, I will put keywords in the title but hopefully not be accused of stuffing the title.

I spend money with amazon. I promote amazon. And I am treated like shit by amazon. I am sick of being treated like shit by these internet companies. Hell, if someone from this site were to buy the book, I do not even have confidence that I would get credit for the sale. Do I get credit for affiliate sales where I promote products? I don’t know.  I do think sales are correctly reported.

I know my over all internet traffic is bad.  I understand that.  And I’ve tried to use that reality to explain why I am doing so badly. But I do have some traffic. I have some fans. I just don’t know.  I am so angry right now I could chew nails, even with my bad teeth.  Maybe I am overreacting.  I just don’t know.  Maybe I will calm down and think that maybe I stand a chance of ever selling anything with amazon again and keep trying, but I doubt it. I have changed my mind.

Note that I have sold eBooks and had page reads in the past.  But not now.

I will NEVER buy ads on amazon.  That crazy shit is not happening.

Rant is almost over. But I just wanted people to see this.  And don’t tell me the search words show up differently depending on how you reach the page. I know that. But I did test with different books to see what the view source looked like. I have a pretty good idea that when I say I have been being fucked by amazon that I am probably understating the situation because I know the full history.

I do realize that amazon employees have treated other people even worse. A lot worse! That does not comfort me.

What will I do with the Hearthville Serial?

I will NOT publish the rest of it on amazon unless there are sales or page reads on the first two books.  It is that simple.  There is no point in thinking the situation will change with more books added.   Change in thought, I may very well put it on amazon because why in the hell not.  I will not make it exclusive to amazon.  I will not put it in Kindle Select/ Unlimited.  I think if I make any sales there, the sales will be correctly recorded because arbitration will not protect them from fraud charges if they are caught defrauding creators.  I realize that borrows and page reads are not correctly recorded but their user agreement pretty much has them covered on that shit.  I don’t believe the same is true for sales.

Envy Is A Terrible Thing

Victor pictured Jossette as he had held her close. He remembered all the equipment in the hospital room. He wished for the feel of her in his arms again.

Victor grabbed his head. He said, “Man. I can’t talk about it. Please don’t have me break down crying here in public.”

Jerry saw the tears streaming down Victor’s face. He looked at Jack.

For a moment Victor relived being in the hospital room. He saw Jossette laying in that awful bed surrounded by equipment and with the oxygen hose in Jossette’s nose. He thought how she had begun to cough and struggled to breathe. Still, she had kissed him and it was a kiss he would always remember with love. He touched his finger to his lips.

Jack said, “I am sorry.”

Jack saw that Victor was starting to tremble.

Victor remembered Jossette’s words. “I love you so much. Why did I ever believe that you had stopped loving me? I am so sorry.”

Victor said, “I don’t want to think. I’ve got to swim. I’ve got to get out of here.”

Victor remembered Jossette’s last breath. He remembered their last kiss. He remembered the look of death in her eyes.

Victor shrieked and moaned in tears as he dove into the water and started swimming. At times he swam above the water. At times he splashed the water hard with his feet as he dived into the depths of the lake. Jack and Jerry could see that Victor was swimming farther away from the shoreline and toward the more deadly clutches of the lake’s deep center.

Jerry said, “This is not good. He is upset and he is swimming toward the middle of the lake. Is he planning on drowning himself?”

Chapter One

Mary Aghar manages the household of the rich Jenkins family. Her daughter Rachel jokingly calls her a maid. That term mainly pisses her off because there is some truth to it but she is a very well paid maid.

The first time Mary Aghar laid eyes on 17 year old George Destone, she knew he was trouble. Watching him on a study date with her daughter Rachel and Rachel’s friend Bess Bingo, Mary considered how she might get rid of George and keep him away from her daughter.

Mary is in the kitchen trying to take her mind off George hanging around the girls when here he comes walking up next to her standing at the stove. “I saw you watching me,” he tells her. “You don’t much like me near your daughter but still you want me near you, don’t you.”

“Conceited assholes don’t impress me. Get over yourself.” Mary likes the sound of her words though in truth she does feel a disturbing attraction to George.

“How long has it been since you have had sex?” George ask.

Stewart said, “Shut up. I may not be a freak down there like you but my cock is big enough.”

Harry slapped Stewart on the back. “Right. The first time I saw Victor naked in the shower after gym I had nightmares about Big Foot chasing me around with that thing.”

Stewart said, “It is a scary looking cock.”

“You two shut up. You are just jealous. Penis envy is a terrible thing.”

Mary stares at George. “Maybe too long,” she says. He is just seventeen but in Georgia he is of legal age. She licks her lips. She calls to her daughter, “Honey, I need some things from the grocery store. Can you and your friend Bess be dears and go shopping for me?

Rachel comes into the kitchen to get the grocery list. She stares at George with an expression that reveals an extreme dislike. Bess follows after Rachel and takes George by the hand. “Sure Ms. Aghar. George, you want to come with us to the store?”

Mary quickly states, “No. George is going to help me with the garbage disposal.” She then hands Rachel an old grocery list that she hasn’t thrown away.

Talking about Bess’ brother Billy sneaking out at night, Rachel and Bess look for their pocketbooks. George hears Bess say, “Sometimes it is like my little brother is channeling the ghost of a James Dean character or something.” Bess laughs as she picks up her pocketbook. “I blame Billy’s behavior on him hanging around with that Harris family.”

Rachel finds her pocketbook. “I think Clarice Harris has a crush on Hutch Cassidy.”

“Oh my God!” Bess closes the door as she and Rachel step out on the porch.

Mary grabs George by the arm and quickly escorts George back to her bedroom. “Let’s see if you are man enough for a real woman.” George watches as Mary quickly gets naked.

They hear the front door to the house open. Rachel screams, “Mom, do you know where … oh, never mind. I found it.” They hear the front door close.

George laughs as he looks around Mary’s bedroom. “Someone really likes the sex.” He stares up at the mirrored ceiling. He examines the dildos and other phallic toys, body oils, scented candles and a hot-tub right there in the bedroom.

Mary picks up a vibrator and rubs her fingers over it. “To me you are just another sex toy.”

George starts taking off his clothes. “That suits me just fine.” George takes the vibrator and with an insulting look puts it down on the table. George quickly gets undressed.

Boldly, proudly George stands naked in front of Mary as she picks up a long feather. He tries not to laugh as she tickles him with the feather. Then she grabs him by the balls as she kisses him on the neck. “You aren’t hard yet.”

George sticks out and flicks his tongue. He grabs Mary and kisses her on the breast. He feels the shiver run through her body. He drops to his knees and starts to suck on her pussy. She moans as she pulls on his ears and begins to hump at his face. Then Mary jumps into her bed. She motions with her finger calling for him to climb into the bed with her. George gets on the bed and crawls doggie style toward Mary. She pulls a vibrator shaped like a penis from her bed stand and George stops in his tracks.

“I don’t know about that,” he tells her.

“I’ve seen you standing outside that gay biker bar with your friends,” she informs him.

George swallows hard as he takes a gulp of air. “I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“I might drive the girls, Rachel and Bess, by there some time when they might see you.”
George starts to back off the bed. Mary throws the vibrator at George and giggles. “Just kidding. You silly boy. The vibrator is for me.”

George picks up the vibrator and turns it on. He again starts crawling into the bed. He lays on his side next to Mary. He places the buzzing vibrator “penis” next to her pussy as he kisses her on the neck and then he kisses her naked breast. She reaches over and massages his cock. She whispers in his ear, “You do know what I am talking about. I am not mistaken about seeing you.” She touches his face. “I’ve been with women before. There is no reason to for you to be ashamed.”

George smiles. “Just because you’ve seen me at the bar doesn’t mean I have sex with men. Good drinks. Good music.”

“Have you ever taken Bess there?” Mary mocks, “You know, for the good drinks and the good music.”

“So you weren’t kidding. You are threatening to have Bess see me there.”

“I don’t want you to hurt that girl. I don’t want you to hurt her.”

George shakes his head. “I might take her there. Trading kisses for drinks; that is all we do there and she wouldn’t even find that out.” George tosses the vibrator aside and climbs on top of Mary. He holds her arms down as he roughly kisses her. He rubs his only slightly hard cock against her pussy.

Quickly, George discovers that Mary is stronger than he thought. She takes control and rolls over so that it is now him beneath her. She moves down and puts his cock in her mouth. While she is sucking on his dick he moans and closes his eyes. She wonders who he is imagining as she works on his cock: man or woman. While he is lost in imagination she grabs the vibrator and with her mouth on his cock, she shoves the vibrator up his ass. He opens his eyes and screams, “Stop.” He starts to pull the vibrator from his ass but then he feels a bit of of tooth against his cock. He stops. Still, she pulls the vibrator from his ass and he smiles. She now licks on his cock. He moans. Then she shoves the vibrator back into his ass. He screams as if in displeasure but his cock tells a different tale. He has grown much harder than he was. Mary slowly fucks George with the vibrator while sucking on his cock. She looks up to see George smiling. She places his hand on the vibrator and he now moves the vibrator in and out of his own ass. She crawls up and slides George’s rock hard, throbbing, wet cock in to her pussy. George can’t believe how fast and furious she is riding his cock. He can’t believe the energy of this older woman who rides his cock for a good 30 minutes. As she starts to feel his cock twitch, she jumps off. George’s cum shoots all the way up to his own lips.

Mary takes her finger and wipes some of the cum into his mouth just as she hears Rachel scream, “I’m back. Bess’ mother called and I took her home.”

There is one block that can be removed from the well and that will open a staircase. And down the staircase you will find two drawings. One drawing is to where a key is located. The other drawing is where an ancient spaceship is located. On that spaceship there is hidden a charm and when the right person holds that charm they will be able to open up a realm that is called Iapetus and then maybe, slowly but surely, the ancient curses can be reversed and other realms can be opened. Mary hollers back to her daughter. “George was running late for something or the other and left.”

“Good!” Rachel yells. “I can’t stand that pretentious creep.”

George grins as he gets out of bed and starts getting dressed. He whispers, “I will slip out the back way.”

Mary nods, “You do that. Just never try to slip in the back way without asking first.”
George nods. “Oh, I will be asking.” Then he stops and thinks a moment. “No, I won’t. You didn’t ask before slipping that vibrator in, uh, my back wa… ass.”

“You enjoyed it.”

Luke Perry of “Beverly Hills, 90210” fame has died from a massive stroke.  (October 11, 1966 – March 4, 2019) On 90210 his James Dean type personification helped to make the edgy character Dylan McKay popular among the show’s teen and young adult fans. The show was on from 1990 to 1995. Perry was married to Rachel Minnie Sharp from 1993 to 2003. The couple had two children, Jack (born June 15, 1997) and Sophie (born June 7, 2000). His son, Jack, is a professional wrestler known by his ring name “Jungle Boy” Nate Coy, who is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW.) His fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer was at his bedside along with his x-wife and other members of his family along with friends at his passing.

Like many actors of his generation, his first success came from daytime soap operas. Perry’s earliest roles were in the daytime soap operas Loving (1987–88) and Another World (1988–89). From there his career blossomed and as far as I know he worked fairly steady in the industry. That is not always an easy task.

He was a good actor.

At the time of his death he had a steady role as Fred Andrews on the CW show Riverdale. He had a net worth of around $10 million.

Twitter is Evil

Update:  It does look like the trending topic was demoted.  It has vanished from being visible on the side.  That is a good thing. So maybe I overreacted but it was a crappy situation, and it happens too often with those top tweet list.

If I had any doubts on how evil Twitter and the Ecosystem it has established is, then those doubts were ended today.  Alabama and Georgia were devastated by tornadoes.  Both facebook and twitter intentionally demoted, if not shadow banned, content related to that devastation.  Then on twitter a trending topic developed called FEMA that blasted Trump for saying FEMA would give Alabama first rate treatment.  Actually FEMA doesn’t give anyone first rate treatment but that is a different subject.  Under the FEMA trending topic the top tweets blasted Trump for saying he would help Alabama.  The ignorant shits (I include Jack Dorsey in that number because his people seem to encourage ignorant trending topics … opinion) inserted the word whites in Alabama.  Actually blacks make up 25% of Alabama’s population.  Some of the ignorant shits suggested how the brown people of Puerto Rico had not been helped.  Actually only 12% of Puerto Ricans identify as black though most are mixed race. (Many people are mixed race in Alabama as well.)  But besides that, the Trump administration & FEMA have spent roughly $3 billion to help Puerto Rico.  But Twitter doesn’t think we Southerners deserve to be helped.

Seriously Democrats who run twitter, go fuck yourselves.

So anyway, at this point Twitter is obviously evil.   That is my opinion.

“I wish him luck, Trump said. “It’s going to be a beauty.”

And who was President Trump talking about? He was talking about his seeming “enemy” Jeff Bezos and Jeff’s impending divorce from his wife of 25 years, MacKenzie Bezos . Whether a marriage ends with a fizzle, as the candle of love has slowly burned out, or an explosion of emotion where the people still have strong feeling of love and hate for one another; it is a sad thing.

Somewhat oddly Jeff Bezos chose the social platform that Trump seems to most enjoy, Twitter, to announce Bezos’ impending divorce. At the time of the tweet few people knew that the reason for the announcement was that the National Enquirer was about to release a major expose on Jeff Bezos and his “mistress.” Although it had been kept fairly quiet–I didn’t know :(–in truth Jeff Bezos and his wife had been separated for quite some time. The National Enquirer had learned of the separation when they were doing their piece on Jeff Bezos. The coming Nation Enquirer article will include 11 pages of pictures on Jeff Bezos and his mistress.

Now that the piece is known about, there are questions on whether the National Enquirer did the piece because Bezos is Trump’s perceived “enemy.” The National Enquirer is said to have buried some articles that would have made President Trump look bad during the election. President Trump has had a friendly relationship with American Media Inc. boss David Pecker for decades. (American Media Inc. is the parent company of the National Enquirer.) But most people believe that the National Enquirer is simply doing what it and its employees ( and stringers, regularly paid freelancers) do best: dig up dirt. Fairly beat up through the years from Hollywood and with various other problems, they had almost fallen to becoming little more than an echo chamber for highly spun press releases with little real information. But now with this coming National Enquirer article on Jeff Bezos, sort of speak, yeah, “the bitch is back.”

The Enquirer and other outlets identified the woman with whom Jeff Bezos has been having an affair as Lauren Sanchez, a former anchor for Fox’s local station in Los Angeles. I have no idea on whether the affair began before or after the separation of Jeff Bezos from his wife MacKenzie Bezos .Most people know that even though I don’t agree with President Trump on everything, I supported him and continue to support him. Even though Jeff Bezos at the Washtington Post has been fairly anti-Trump, I still like Jeff Bezos and his wife for what they accomplished with Amazon. I have promoted Amazon from just about the very beginning and I will continue to promote Amazon. Some people, who have been strongly anti-Trump, have not just attacked Trump but all of us who have supported Trump. As far as I know Jeff Bezos has never crossed that line to any large agree. To whether any of his writers at the Washington Post have, I don’t know and don’t really care. Jeff Bezos has a conservative side. He is like a lot of us where his politics are mixed based on issues. I, myself, have a strong liberal side and a conservative side depending on the issue–and sometimes depending on just my mood at the moment.

I wish both Jeff Bezos and MacKenzie Bezos the best.

At the same time I am kind of glad that the National Enquirer is back to digging up dirt. 🙂
