Billy Bingo: Sexual Blackmail (Original)

Chapter Three
Frank Bingo has long quit his job working on the Oil Rig and has come home to his family. He is working as a mechanic at Henry’s Garage.
Billy Bingo is now 18. He has grown into a handsome young man. He has long blonde hair and blue eyes. He exercises regularly and has six pack abs. He is 5 foot ten inches tall with a lean but muscular build.
Bess is now 25 and has moved to New York though she visits her family quite often. She has written a screenplay about her beloved George Destone and how he was killed by an unknown hit and run driver. She has never learned the truth about what kind of a man he was. In her mind it was all quite the tragic romance of how they made love and then he dies shortly after. She has rewritten the very bad sex they had into something quite glorious and perhaps even spiritual. The little moments they had together have been exaggerated in her mind to grand dates in which they discovered the true meaning of romance.
Frank tells Bess, “You know that Ralph Shath that you mention in the play. At Henry’s Garage we work on his Uncle Wally Rogers’ fleet of cars. I’ve met Ralph a few times. He seems to be a friendly enough fellow.”
A few weeks later Frank is fired from Henry’s Garage. He has been reported for putting a discarded alternator into a car. He knows he didn’t do it. He has no idea why someone would want him fired. Luckily though, or so he thinks, Ralph Shath gets him a job at Ruby’s Garage. It is a far commute from where they are now living.
Ralph Shath tells Frank Bingo about the Apartment Complex, the Minion Plex, that he manages for Wally Rogers who Ralph calls Uncle. Maureen Bingo does her best to talk her husband out of considering the Apartment but Maureen can’t argue the fairness of asking Frank to keep commuting. She does however convince him they should look around at different Apartment Complexes in the area. To her chagrin, after looking at the different Apartments in the area it doesn’t seem they can get any better rent than what Ralph Shath is offering them. She can’t argue that they’ve ever lived in a better Apartment than what Ralph Shath is trying to rent to them.
In private Ralph Shath convinces Maureen that the past is the past and that she has nothing to worry about from him. She convinces herself that he had nothing to do with her husband being fired. She tells herself he is being honest with her and agrees to what her husband wants. They move into the Apartment Complex that is managed by Ralph Shath.
The Apartment Complex is larger than what Maureen is accustomed. Though Billy is 18 and grown she is concerned about all the different people she sees around the complex. There seems to be a large number of young adults rooming together in the front Apartment Buildings and she can just imagine Billy being attracted to them. In her mind she tries to weigh whether it would be good or bad if Billy came out of his shell more. When she sees all the attractive teens and twenty somethings at the Apartment Pool dressed in bikinis the scale tilts toward the shell.
As they are moving in, the person Billy first strikes up a conversation with is not a woman but is a dude. Bobby White. Bobby has curly blonde hair and dark blue, almost black, eyes. He is six foot tall and though slightly muscular is on the skinny side. He has a happy go lucky though slightly punkish manner.
Standing outside of the moving truck Frank elbows his wife and points to the pool of bikinis and then points at Billy talking to a guy. “Is our son gay?”

Maureen shocks her husband and herself when she blurts out, “Hey. I’ve experimented. I am not going to judge.”
