FADE IN

1 1 EXT. LARGE NEON BILLBOARD PLATFORM - DAY 1

The large neon billboard reads, "THE PEACHY GOT IT MANSION."
On the platform in front of the sign is a ladder. Workman
David Dodge situates a ladder to climb where a neon bulb
panel is not lit. David climbs the ladder and removes the
panel. He then climbs down the ladder. He picks up a
replacement panel to carry up the ladder.

2 EXT. UPPER BALCONY OF MANSION, BENEATH BILLBOARD PLATFORM
CAN BE SEEN - DAY 2

Ghost Amanda Robuck, dressed only in a bra and underwear,
stares up to see the rotted, cracked wood beneath the
billboard’s platform.

3 EXT. LARGE NEON BILLBOARD PLATFORM - DAY 3

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK appears next to DAVID DODGE.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
This platform is not safe. You
need to get down from here. The
wood is rotten.

DAVID DODGE
(looks down at wood)
Oh God, I will be glad to get down
from here. I am feeling nervous.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
You should feel nervous. Get down
off this platform before it is too
late.

Holding the panel of lights, David Dodge starts to climb the
ladder. He is on the fifth rung of the ladder. The wood
CREAKS.

DAVID DODGE
(screams)
Crap!

The ladder shifts sideways as a board pops and slips like a
see-saw. Then the ladder pulls back away from the
billboard. Ghost Amanda Robuck grabs the ladder. She
strains to try to stop it from moving further.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Get down. Get down from the ladder
now. I can’t control this ladder
much longer.

David Dodge quickly climbs down the ladder. He is stepping
on the wood of the platform when the ladder crashes
sideways, down on the platform with a CRASHING SOUND. The
platform, with broken boards, breaks inward toward the
billboard. David Dodge slides down and catches part of the
wood of the platform. The wooden ladder that was used to
climb up on the platform is still in tact. David uses his
hands to maneuver, like he is hanging on a playground monkey
bar, to try to reach the ladder. He reaches the ladder. He
moves to swing his legs to catch on a rung of the ladder.
His feet are steady on a rung and he moves his hands to
clutch the ladder. He quickly begins to climb down the
ladder.

Ghost Amanda Robuck has straddled herself like a bridge
trying to stop the wooden ladder from breaking loose.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Please hurry. Hurry.

DAVID DODGE
I see an angel. An angel is trying
to save me. Angels are real.

David Dodge reaches the ground. Just as he releases the
wooden ladder, it collapses. It crumbles with the platform.
Wood is falling everywhere. David runs from the falling
wood. He makes it to his truck.

4 EXT. BILLBOARD AND REBUILT PLATFORM - DAY 4

The billboard reads, "THE PEACHY GOT IT MANSION." Ghost
Amanda Robuck is sitting on the platform with her feet
dangling off. Ghost Amanda Robuck vanishes from the
platform.

5 EXT. FRONT OF THE PEACHY GOT IT MANSION - DAY 5

12 Rocking chairs line the front porch of the 8 column,
white colonial mansion that is a Bed & Breakfast &
Restaurant called the Peachy Got It Mansion. GHOST AMANDA
ROBUCK appears on the porch. She is standing at the top of
the 20 marble steps from the porch and down the green lawn,
the hill, down from the front porch. A weeping willow tree
is in the center of a fountain that is located in the middle
of a marble walk around at the base of the steps. On each

corner of the square fountain is a statue of a naked roman
god. In front of each god is a marble bench where up to six
people may sit per bench. Swimming in the fountain are large
gold fish. On the far side of the marble walk around and the
fountain are black iron gates that open to a multi-story,
cement parking garage/lot. Coming from the parking garage
are WALT GREEN and SETH STEVENS. They step inside the
gates. They close the gates and stop at the fountain to
talk. Ghost Amanda Robuck stands with the two men.

WALT GREEN
So grandmother left this place to
both of us. She expected the two
of us to run a Bed and Breakfast.
Together!

SETH STEVENS
So cousin, you do not want to do
this.

WALT GREEN
No. I do. If this is what she
wanted. It is not like I have
anything else in my life going
right. My marriage is over. My
father-in-law fired me from my job.
But are you okay with this?

SETH STEVENS
I helped grandmother run the place
so yeah, I love it here.

WALT GREEN
I am kind of intruding. Aren’t I?

SETH STEVENS
No.

WALT GREEN
That is what you told grandfather.

SETH STEVENS
I am sorry you heard that. I
shouldn’t have said it. I don’t
even know why I did.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS appeared next to GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
Look at my two grandsons. Acting
all friendly. I wonder how long
before these two get so angry at
one another that they plot murder.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
If you hate the cousins so much,
why would you leave this place to
the two of them with their
grandfather?

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
It is what their grandfather
wanted. He had me sign the will at
a very weak moment. He was sucking
my pussy and just about to bring me
to orgasm.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
I always thought you liked
Seth. You gave him a job. He was
fairly devoted to you.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
He was such a pompous ass, just
like his mother. She wanted him to
go to work for her father. I
mainly gave him a job because his
grandfather wanted me to hire him
and the bonus was that it spoiled
her plans.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Oh please, who do you think you are
fooling. You love Seth and Walt.
You want them to be a success here.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
Bullshit. This was my place. This
was my dream. This was my success
story.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Seth and Walt are handsome. If they
ever decide to have gay sex I would
like to be the meat. the ghost, in
their sandwich.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
That will never happen.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Just destroy a girl’s dreams.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
When you were alive, were you a
whore?

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
No. I was actually something of a
prude.

6 INT. OFFICE INSIDE OF THE PEACHY GOT IT MANSION - DAY 6

JACK STEVENS sits at a desk. SETH STEVENS and WALT GREEN sit
in chairs on each end of the desk. A picture of Granny
Stevens is on the desk. GHOST GRANNY STEVENS is standing
behind Seth’s chair. GHOST AMANDA ROBOUCK is standing
behind Walt’s chair.

JACK STEVENS
So the three of us will be
partners. I own 40% of the place
and each of you own 30%. Are the
two of you agreed to that?

WALT GREEN
I am but my x-wife is a potential
problem. She may claim part of my
share.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
Oh no, that is not acceptable.

JACK STEVENS
Your divorce is final. Correct.

WALT GREEN
Yeah, but it wasn’t at the time
that Granny died.

JACK STEVENS
You are signing this after the
divorce is final. A judge may re
figure alimony or child support
based on a change in income but she
will have no claim on this
business. Her income is such that
she probably would owe you alimony
and child support if you were to
get custody of the children. Trust
me, your x seriously does not want
to fuck with me.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
She would if she ever saw the size
of his cock. That man is hung like
a stallion.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
You don’t really want them to fail
at this business? Do you? I know
you love your husband and he owns
the majority stake.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
No. I guess I want them to make
money and be happy. I’d just like
to be part of it.

Ghost Amanda Robuck hugs Ghost Granny Stevens.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
We are a part of it. They just
don’t know it. You never knew when
I helped you.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
You helped me?

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
A large number of your customers
came here because of where people
talked about the place being
haunted.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
That is true.

7 INT. HALLWAY OF THE PEACHY GOT IT MANSION DAY 7

JACK STEVENS, SETH STEVENS, and WALT GREEN are walking side
by side in the hallway.

SETH STEVENS
We have rooms for up to 35
couples. We generally only book up
to 25 at a time so that we can
handle some walk-ins. We always
keep 3 rooms vacant in case of a
problem with any of the rooms so
that we can move a guest if needed.

JACK STEVENS
Your grandmother and I lived in a
basement Apartment. Walt, there is
room for you if you would like to
be my roommate.

WALT GREEN
Okay. Where does Seth live?

SETH STEVENS
I live in a condominium on the
other side of the parking garage.
I tried living with them but I got
on grandmother’s nerves too much
and we tended to fight. Don’t
misunderstand. I thought the world
of granny. That just made our
fighting the more depressing.

JACK STEVENS
Also he did not like the ghost
playing with his dick when he was
taking a shower.

SETH STEVENS
Granddad never would believe that
happened but it did. I am telling
the truth.

WALT GREEN
I’ve had masturbation fantasies
that seemed that real. I once had
a fantasy that my X did not have a
headache. That night I had amazing
sex.
(beat)
By myself.

SETH STEVENS
I know your marriage with Stacy is
over but are you over her?

WALT GREEN
It is not that simple. There are
days she does shit and I totally
rationalize how much I hate
her. Then I remember the good
times. We did have good times.

JACK STEVENS
Well, you know I never liked Stacy.
And I can’t say I know what it is
like to mend a broken heart. Your
grandmother never broke my
heart. She busted my balls a few
times; but never my heart. What
was I going to say?

WALT GREEN
That you love me and that you are
sorry my marriage failed.

JACK STEVENS
I think I was going to say that you
are better off without the crazy
bitch, but whatever.

WALT GREEN
So the plan is for me to move in
with you.

JACK STEVENS
That is the plan.

WALT GREEN
My stuff is in a neighbors
garage. She let me put it there
after Stacy threw it all out on the
front lawn. I am going to get a
truck and I will move it
here. Part of it I want where I am
living but part of it I just need
to put in storage. Is there
storage here that I can use.

SETH STEVENS
Sure. There is room in the attic
and and there is a large area in
the basement that hasn’t been
turned into living quarters. So,
do you want me to go with you? Do
you want me to help you to move the
stuff.

WALT GREEN
Sure cous. Thanks.

8 INT. / EXT. GARAGE, DRIVEWAY, MOVING TRUCK - DAY 8

BETH WALDRIP watches as WALT GREEN and SETH STEVENS move
stuff from the garage to the truck.

BETH WALDRIP
Someone offered to buy that
grandfather clock. Do you want to
get rid of it?

WALT GREEN
No. My grandmother gave it to me
as a wedding present.

SETH STEVENS
She re gifted. I had given it to
her as a Christmas present. I
thought it would be perfect in the
lobby area.

WALT GREEN
I like it. Stacy hated it.

Beth picks up a trumpet from a box and starts to play.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP climbs from the backseat of an old car
parked next to the driveway. He has an ax stuck in his
head. There is a knife in his back. He is holding a
bottle of liquor.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
What the fuck is all that
noise. Damn sis, I always hated
when you practiced for band. Please
stop .

WALT GREEN
You are better at playing the
trumpet than than I am.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
Then you must really have no
musical talent.

BETH WALDRIP
I thought I was pretty good on the
trumpet but my family didn’t. They
encouraged me to quit band.

Seth Stevens looks in the box where Beth had picked up the
Trumpet. He pulls a poster from the box and rolls it out. It
is the picture of a band. Ghost Ben Waldrip was the lead
singer, when he was alive.

WALT GREEN
That is Beth’s trumpet and
box. That is not my box.

SETH STEVENS
Sorry. So you were a fan of the
Waldrip Band?

WALT GREEN
Her last name is Waldrip. That is
her brother Ben with his band.

SETH STEVENS
They used to play over at Speaky
Johns before they went national.

BETH WALDRIP
I know. Actually he played there
some after he went national.

SETH STEVENS
So what is he doing now?

BETH WALDRIP
I don’t really know. He quit the
band. He went to rehab. Then when
he got out he drifted. He quit
calling.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
I didn’t drift. I traveled for a
very short bit. Then I went up to
the family cabin and was murdered.

SETH STEVENS
How long has it been since you
heard from him?

BETH WALDRIP
Three years ago. He left his car
here and then he took a taxi to the
airport. He went down to Brazil
and then he flew back and landed in
Florida. It was a private
plane. He called me from Florida
and that was the last I heard form
him.

WALT GREEN
Shoot, if any of our family lost
contact for three years granddad
would be calling out the National
Guard to look for us.

BETH WALDRIP
Do you think the family should have
reported him missing?

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
Well yeah. I’ve been missing for
three years and you Sherlocks do
not even know anything is wrong.

SETH STEVENS
Has anyone seen him for the last
three years?

BETH WALDRIP
I don’t know. His friends didn’t
like me. It wasn’t unusual for him
to go months without me hearing
from him and then he would call or
show up. I keep thinking he will
contact me but he hasn’t.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
I’ve tried so hard to get in your
dreams and in your mind. I have
tried to contact you and let you
know that I am dead.

WALT GREEN
I’ve told you before that you need
to at least inquire to the police
to see if anyone knows anything
about him and perhaps hire a
private investigator.

BETH WALDRIP
I feel weird about going to the
police. What if I report him
missing and he is just pissed with
me about something?

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
Was our relationship that screwed
up? Was I that bad of a brother
that you would think I would go
three years without checking on
you. God sis, I love you. You
don’t know that.

SETH STEVENS
I don’t know. You probably will
need to hire a private investigator
to get some information to take to
the police before the police will
do anything.

BETH WALDRIP
Money is tight. I am not sure I
can afford to hire a private
investigator.

SETH STEVENS
Jacob Lowe has stayed with us a few
times at the B&B. He was their band
manager at one point. I can call
him for you and then he can talk to
Ben’s friends.

BETH WALDRIP
He is the one who told me that Ben
is just traveling around, trying to
find himself.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
I guess he would tell you that. He
is the one who fucking murdered me.

SETH STEVENS
I don’t know Jacob that well, but
unless you object, I think I am
going call him. I know it is none
of my business but I have this
weird feeling.

BETH WALDRIP
No. Do call him? Please call him.
Maybe he has heard from Ben since I
talked to him. I miss Ben. I want
to hear from Ben.

SETH STEVENS
Okay. I will do that.

9 INT. PEACHY GOT IT RESTAURANT KITCHEN - NIGHT 9

Kitchen staff is working while JACK STEVENS, SETH STEVENS,
and WALT GREEN sit at a table eating. The table is situated
near the dish washer area and away from the cooking.

WALT GREEN
So did you talk to Jacob Lowe?

SETH STEVENS
Awkward and weird. He first acted
like he knew who I was and then
when I brought up Ben Waldrip it
was like he suddenly didn’t know
who I was.

JACK STEVENS
What are you two talking about?

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Yeah, I am also curious.

WALT GREEN
Beth Waldrip is my neighbor who
allowed me to put stuff in her
garage. Her brother was Ben
Waldrip. You know the lead singer
of the Waldrips. She hasn’t heard
from him in three years.

JACK STEVENS
Oh yeah. I knew the elder
Waldrips. Weird family. Eccentric.

SETH STEVENS
Sounds like how some people
describe us.

JACK STEVENS
You know the genius, insanity
saying. Well, they were smart in a
lot of ways but dumb as donuts in
other ways. That said, I liked Ben
Sr.. He and I went fishing a good
bit.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR. appears. He is standing next to Jack
Stevens.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
I also liked you. You were one of
the few people who made me feel
normal even if you did think I was
crazy as hell.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK is standing next to Ghost
Ben Waldrip Sr.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Hey, good looking. So what is the
story about your grandson.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
He was murdered by Jacob Lowe. Ben
had been having sex with his wife.
Jacob killed the both of them up at
our old cabin. The thing is the
soul of Jacob Lowe is part of the
House of Dewdrop. Are you familiar
with them?

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
I don’t really get off on the
House, Nobility shit.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
Neither do I but souls who are part
of those Houses and Realms and
Kingdoms and Colleges have an
advantage over us loners.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
How so in the case of your
grandson?

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
The House of Dewdrop have his soul
bound to a car and in a spacial
area where I can’t communicate with
him. We can’t reach him.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
So we are going to have contact
someone who is capable of unbinding
him and who can’t be hurt by the so
called House of Dewdrop.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
Everyone I have tried to talk to
about it, trying to find out what I
need to do walks the other way. I
even contacted my spirit
guide. She was like, "talk to the
hand."

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Oh some of the spirit guides are so
full of shit. They are like, "We
are so important." I haven’t
talked to my guide in a long
time. She was telling me, "You
need to review your last
life. Then go to college. We can
make sure your next life is so much
better than your last one." They
totally want to over think
stuff. I say, just enjoy.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
What if going to College or joining
a House is the only way I can
unbind my grandson?

You would do that?

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
He is my grandson. I’ve got to do
something.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
But you know, he was someone before
he was your grandson. Finding out
who he was in past lives may be the
key to helping him.
(beat)
Oh my God, I just sounded like my
spirit guide. What the fuck.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS appears next to Ghost Amanda Robuck.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
I went through the tunnel of light
to my College. I talked to my
spirit guide. I don’t know why you
two are putting your spirit guides
down. They try to help you.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Sometimes it is about us and
sometimes it is about them trying
to advance an earth agenda.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
Well, I am going to be honest with
the two of you. I have been
assigned by my College to act as
the spirit guide to Ben Jr..

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
So, have you been able to talk to
him.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
No. I haven’t been able to reach
where he has been bound.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
Did anyone give you any clue how to
reach him.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
No. It is kind of my job but trust
me, I will not be pissed if you two
are able to do it.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
So I have to be scared to enter
that dimension. But shit, I have
been scared. I have been scared
for my grandson.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
I am not sure I totally understand
it either.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
So do your superiors...

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
Excuse me. Superiors?

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
You aren’t God. Regardless, do
they understand that the House of
Dewdrop is involved and that magic
has been used to bind him to that
dimension.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
That wasn’t discussed.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Regardless, you and they do know
that magic was used against him.

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
I can’t discuss it.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Is he capable of magic? Could he
reach beyond the grave to seek
revenge, if he weren’t bound?

Ghost Granny Stevens shrugs. Ghost Ben Waldrip Sr. fades a

GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR.
I don’t know. We can all reach
beyond the grave to some degree,
even without magic.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
Marimime, you have access to
information on him. Don’t you?

GHOST GRANNY STEVENS
I can’t talk about that. I think I
have made that very clear.

10 EXT. AT CAR OF GHOST BEN WALDRIP - NIGHT 10

The moon is full. Dogs are BARKING. GHOST BEN WALDRIP is
sitting on the hood of his car. Another car parks on the
road. JACOB LOWE gets out of the car. Two shadow ghost
appear next to him as shadows with recognizable features. As
Jacob Lowe walks close to where Ghost Ben Wadrip is seated,
he flies to try to jump on and attack Jacob Lowe. The Shadow
Ghost catch Ghost Ben Waldrip in midair and throw him so
that he passes through and into his car. Ghost Ben tries to
reach through to try to exit the car but he can’t.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
Son of a bitch. Now am I going to
be permanently stuck in this car?

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK appears next to the car.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
What can make me scared so that I
can enter the dimension where Ben
is?

GHOST BEN WARDRIP SR. appear next to Ghost Amanda
Robuck. He grabs her by the neck and starts strangling her.
Ghost Ben Wadrip can see what his grandfather is doing.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
(screams)
Grandfather stop it. Stop it. Why
are trying to hurt that lady. Stop
it.

Ghost Amanda Robuck looks into the car and sees Ghost Ben
Waldrip.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK

Ghost Amanda Robuck reaches into the car and takes the hand
of Ghost Ben Waldrip. She pulls him out of the car.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
You may be bound to this car by
magic but you might also be bound
to this dimension by fear. You
have to stop being afraid.

Ghost Amanda Robuck pulls the ax from his head. She pulls
the knife from his back. She makes a washrag appear and
washes the blood from him. Then the washrag vanishes from
her hand.

GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK
The horror of your death is
over. There is a lot more to being
dead than how you died. You must
get past that. You must calm
yourself.

Ghost Amanda Robuck kisses Ghost Ben Waldrip on the
lips. Together they exit the Fear Dimension.

GHOST BEN WALDRIP
The man who killed me is in there
with my sister right now. We’ve
got to make sure that he doesn’t
hurt her.

11 INT. LIVING ROOM OF BETH WALDRIP - NIGHT 11

BETH WALDRIP and JACOB LOWE are standing together in the
living room.

BETH WALDRIP
I am not sure I understand.

JACOB LOWE
Your brother has had to be in
hiding from some bad men. He wants
me to take you to him, but to make
sure that no one follows.

BETH WALDRIP
You think someone is watching me?

JACOB LOWE
I don’t know but we can’t take that
chance.

BETH WALDRIP
As much as I want to see my
brother, I don’t feel right about
this.

Jacob Lowe walks over to the mantel. He fondles a marble
bookend. He looks at the bookend and then he looks at Beth
Waldrip.

JACOB LOWE
Well, if you don’t want to go, I am
not going to make you.

Beth Waldrip walks over to a desk. She opens a drawer. She
looks at a gun in the drawer.

BETH WALDRIP
I think I am going to call the
police. You can take them to my
brother.

Jacob Lowe picks up the marble bookend. He turns. Holding
the bookend up in the air, he runs toward Beth
Waldrip. Beth quickly pulls the gun from the drawer. She
points the gun.

BETH WALDRIP
(screams)
Stop. Stop or I will shoot.

Jacob Lowe is just about to hit Beth in the head with the
bookend. She pulls the trigger. The gun fires. There is a
bit of smoke from the gun barrel. Jacob Lowe drops the
bookend. It falls on his foot and bounces, rolls,
off. Blood is oozing from his chest and seeping through his
white shirt.

JACOB LOWE
I guess I will be with your brother
and my wife now. I can still
picture them naked in bed
together. How I saw them that day
would be my last thought.

BETH WALDRIP
You killed them?

JACOB LOWE
She was simple enough to shoot.
Kind of like you shot me. He put up
a fight.

Jacob Lowe falls to the floor. Beth Waldrip picks up her
phone from the desk. She dials 911. The Ghost of Jacob
Lowe rises from his body. He stares at GHOST BEN WALDRIP,
GHOST BEN WALDRIP SR., GHOST AMANDA ROBUCK, and the two
shadow ghost. SHADOW GHOST A picks Jacob Lowe up into his
arms.

SHADOW GHOST A
We unbind the spell on Ben
Waldrip. He is free.

The shadow ghost and Jacob Lowe vanish. Ghost Ben Waldrip
Sr. hugs his grandson.
