Anti-Gay Rights Group, With No Copyright Standing, Gets MSNBC Clip Pulled From YouTube

The National Organization for Marriage has gotten a clip from MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Show pulled from Youtube. The clip was previously available on YouTube, but now the page says "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by National Organization for Marriage."

But falsely claiming a copyrighted work as yours when it is not, is actually a much more serious violation of copyright law than the fair or educational use of a video. The Copyright is MSNBC's and not that of The National Organization for Marriage.

The Video in Question is still available at
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/vp/30145786#30145786

The tape in question has to do with Rachel Maddow criticizing an ad made by NOM and some audition tapes for the commercial that had been leaked. The auditions shows people pretending to be straight people hurt by gay marriage. The pulled video includes a bit of the audition tapes and Rachel Maddow's commentary on the absurdity / difficulty of the acting in audition tapes.
