California resident Ketchum who has appeared on KRON and KPIX-TV as a workplace and career expert and once hosted a call-in talk show on KNEW-AM 910 gave his 15 year old son permission to have a party. Knowning his son, he hires security to make sure his son's party does not get out of hand.

He tells his son, "No booze. No Drugs."

His son says, "Yeah, right." :-)

So according to Ketchum, he allowed his son to invite a few friends over for his birthday party. And there were three security officers to make sure things did not get out of hand.

Marin County sheriff's deputies, National Park Service police and California Highway Patrol officers were sent to a home on Seascape Drive the night of March 28 in response to reports that a teenage girl had gotten drunk and hit her head in a fall, according to a sheriff's report and law enforcement officials.

Authorities arrived en masse to find a chaotic household jammed with as many as 200 kids, cars parked everywhere - plus three security guards hired to monitor the party.

Hope no one was hurt but you got to respect a kid who knows how to really throw a party. :-)
