If the same laws nutty republicans and democrats want to apply to the internet were applied to roads, the government would have no choice but to close down all roads on the off chance that wreckless or criminal behavior might occur on those roads.

It is the government's job to catch criminals. It is not the government's job to make roads catch criminals or outlaw roads that don't cooperate. It is not the government's job to lock everyone in a box to prevent the off chance of someone breaking some law. That kind of thinking is fucked up.

It is the basic communist way of thinking that with enough laws and restricting people and making everyone afraid that somehow utopia can be created. No. Living locked in a box of a Government out of Control is not utopia. It is hell on earth.
