Claiming 50% of their customers refuse to learn English, they are moving to chase their English customers away by changing signs to Spanish, Marketing in Spanish, and bringing in more products from Mexico to appeal to hispanics.

On the other hand you can go into Cobb County and deal with foreign owned businesses there and the people are as nice as they can be and you can be sure most of them know how to speak English. High Class in Cobb. Low Class thugs in Dekalb/Gwinett County.

I grew up in that area. I know what happened there. Before we got out of Chamblee, a North Korean Gang set up a "safe house" across the street from us.
