Pope Benedict on Saturday rehabilitated four traditionalist bishops who lead the far-right Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX), which has about 600,000 members and rejects modernizations of Roman Catholic worship and doctrine.

The behaviors of the current Pope is actually troubling beyond the Jewish Community. In other areas the current Pope is turning back the clock on tolerance of other religions as well as other reforms within the Catholic Church that previously had prevented American Catholics from turning their back on the Church.

The divide between the Vatican and other religions is likely to grow as is the divide within the Catholic Church itself likely to grow.
