Anyway, I was going to post a comment to counter a bunch of foolishness against the auto industry. I will just post my ramble here instead.

The people on the Finance Stations damning the auto industry are the same people who earlier were saying that Americans can afford $4.00 a gallon gas and that there was nothing suspect with the sudden increase in oil prices. That in itself should tell viewers something.

Anyone who thinks their job is going to be made more safe by destroying American Industry and decent paying American jobs, and that somehow the American economy can be saved by giving Americans more credit/debt rather than increasing income to pay off old debt is being seriously misinformed by the Finance Stations and Congress.
