I believe a more reasonable approach is to pass shorter pieces of legislation, to deal clearly with stated singular objectives one by one and the potential cost of each said objective.

Any "pollution" tax on American businesses should also be a tax on imports produced by industries outside the USA that also pollute.

Many believe the Senate will not pass this travesty passed by House. We can hope.
