More than one-third of all California small business owners took out risky mortgages to get cash for business expenses from 2004 to 2007. Now that these mortgages are about to reset, the higher payments will threaten more than 2.1 million small business jobs over the next three to four years.

California continues to push environmental laws that destroy California businesses and jobs, such as in cement. These jobs destroyed in the name of saving the enviroment go to China with far fewer and more sane enviromental laws.

It is easy to blame this economic crisis on everyone but the government, but the government has played more than a small part in creating this economic disaster. California is indeed about to lose a shit load of jobs, but those so called risky mortgages would not be so risky if the government would just stop f*cking small businesses with a bunch of Al Gore insanity.
